What you will do

• Generate pipeline through consistent inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling and outbound campaigns.
• Execute account-based outreach strategies in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through persistent follow-up and discovery.
• Track and review activity and performance metrics to continuously improve results.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to seamlessly transition qualified opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Comfort engaging prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn at high volume.
• Ability to understand basic customer challenges and explain how hirify.global can help.
• Experience working toward goals, quotas, or performance targets.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to build a career in software sales.
