What you will do

• Support the entire sales cycle, from discovery to close, for high-value enterprise deals.
• Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in active deals by preparing follow-ups and coordinating internal resources.
• Conduct market and account research to identify potential customers and personalize outreach.
• Manage client expectations and experience by assisting with high-stakes meetings and owning follow-up actions.
• Customize pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators for specific clients and verticals.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Solutions teams to shorten response times on proposals and contracts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (SaaS or B2B preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
