What you will do
- Qualify leads and build relationships with prospective customers.
- Network with partners and generate new opportunities for the Direct Sales channel.
- Engage with outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach for creative prospecting.
- Manage multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through various outreach methods.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including call volume and opportunities created.
Requirements
- Feel confident engaging with leads to schedule high-quality demos for Account Executives.
- Enjoy creative prospecting using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—making 80+ outbound calls each day.
- Excel at managing multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle.
- Take initiative in learning and mastering hirify.global’s product suite and value proposition.
