TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Over-achieving sales objectives and managing the entire front end of the sales cycle within a geographical territory with an accent on developing relationships within financial institutions and identifying strategic new prospects. Focus on executing a strong go-to-market plan, meeting daily activity minimums, and managing customer data in CRM.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year with a commission potential equal to 2/3rd of your base pay.

What you will do

  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Financial Institutions / Financial Services Account Executives.
  • Develop relationships within financial institutions (mortgage companies, banks and credit unions).
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and cultivate prospect lists.
  • Identify and target strategic new prospects that would accelerate territory growth.
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 50 outbound calls and 50 outbound emails per day.
  • Manage data for new and prospective customers within CRM (Salesforce Lightening and High Velocity Sales).

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or related field.
  • Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations (C-Suite, VPs, executives).
  • Ability to work in a high energy, fast‐paced sales environment.
  • Proficient with standard productivity tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for company events.
