What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and vision for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Lead technical design sessions, architecting and documenting solutions to meet client business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, adhering to best practices and platform optimization.
• Develop architectural blueprints and technical designs for Salesforce implementations, including system integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and custom applications.
• Proficient in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, and security best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect (highly preferred).
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer).
