What you will do

• Lead architectural decisions for healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards.
• Collaborate with customers and global teams to translate needs into effective technical solutions.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to maintain a clear and predictable product vision.
• Identify and mitigate risks in architecture, security, deployment, and configuration.
• Mentor and coach team members in resolving complex technical issues and fostering continuous learning.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with a proven track record to lead complex system design.
• Strong architectural skills to conceptualize and design holistic solution architectures.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and facilitating discussions with different stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cloud and containerization, including proficiency in public/private cloud platforms and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong technical skills in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web development, and design patterns.
• Experience with healthcare standards like FHIR and openEHR, and Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
