What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and define solution requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions to analyze customers' existing EDI infrastructure, data flows, and integration challenges.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases and assist in building proof-of-concepts.
• Lead the technical response to RFPs and RFIs, including solution architecture, integration approach, and security.
• Design EDI workflows and system architecture diagrams showing integration with ERPs, TMS, WMS, and partner systems.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer, internal product/engineering teams, and implementation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 - 7+ years of experience in EDI solution design, implementation, or support.
• 5+ years in a presales, sales engineering, or customer-facing consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of EDI formats and standards (X12, EDIFACT, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with EDI mapping tools (e.g., IBM Sterling, Seeburger, Cleo Integration Cloud, GXS, Boomi, etc.).
• Familiarity with iPaas technologies (e.g., hirify.global, Boomi, Mulesoft) and standard B2B protocols such as AS2, VDA, OFTP2, SFTP, FTPS, API, and VANs.
• Experience with ERP systems integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to business audiences.
