What you will do
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Invoicing.
- Develop detailed architectural blueprints that incorporate integrations, customizations, and system configurations.
- Analyze existing product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (e.g., Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign).
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years specializing in CPQ and Billing projects.
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects, particularly in enterprise settings.
- Solid understanding of accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition fundamentals.
- Familiarity with financial metrics such as ACV, TCV, and ARR.
- Hands-on experience with Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature solutions.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, and Lightning components.
- Strong ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, relatable manner to diverse audiences.
- Work authorization and residence within Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada, is required.

- Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript.
- Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant or CPQ Specialist certifications.
