What you will do
- Define the vision for the marketing tech stack, processes, and workflows that support growth.
- Support the implementation of account-based marketing and demand generation workflows.
- Drive alignment between sales and marketing through processes for account prioritization and lead scoring.
- Identify and remove friction in the funnel, track conversions, and recommend process improvements.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports providing visibility into marketing funnel and performance KPIs.
- Explore and execute AI-enabled workflows to enhance go-to-market efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations or a similar role, with B2B SaaS environment experience.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation solutions (Hubspot, Pardot/Salesforce) and Salesforce CRM.
- Fluent in funnel metrics, pipeline stages, and campaign performance analysis.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional collaboration, speaking both “sales” and “marketing” languages.
- Comfortable diving into CRM and marketing automation logic, capable of troubleshooting complex workflows.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be within the New York City metro area.

- Highly analytical and structured thinker.
- Experience with sales outreach tools (Salesloft, Gong, Outreach) and other enrichment tools (Clay, Keyplay).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including search optimization.
