What you will do

  • Support the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across email, webinars/events, paid media, content, and website.
  • Build and launch campaigns in marketing automation tools (emails, landing pages, forms, nurture programs).
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams for messaging and campaign follow-up.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including leads, engagement, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
  • QA campaigns before launch, assist with A/B testing, optimization, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in learning campaign measurement and optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
  • Exposure to webinars, virtual events, or field marketing programs.
  • Basic understanding of demand gen metrics and funnel stages.
  • Experience supporting ABM or targeted account campaigns.
