What you will do
- Own end-to-end growth marketing strategy for mid-market and enterprise advertisers, from awareness to closed-won and expansion.
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across paid channels including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Reddit.
- Build a scalable performance engine, developing campaign architecture, audience strategy, and budget allocation frameworks.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define segmentation, lead scoring, and routing for high-intent leads.
- Create and own a lifecycle marketing strategy including onboarding, nurturing, activation, expansion, and win-back programs.
- Set up measurement and reporting frameworks to show the impact of the program on lead generation and paying accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue for midmarket and enterprise customers.
- Deep, hands-on experience running multi-channel paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, and other performance channels.
- Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Lifecycle Marketing and Data Science to build new programs from the ground up.
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset, comfortable defining funnel metrics, building dashboards, and using data for decision-making.
- Demonstrated success owning significant budgets and hitting growth targets, with a clear understanding of CAC, LTV, payback period, and channel-level ROI.
- Experience marketing advertising solutions, ad tech, or digital platforms to business decision-makers is strongly preferred.
