Location: The role requires you to be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs (e.g., Boston). The role has a strong focus on the North American market, particularly the US.

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and own mid- to upper-funnel digital marketing strategy in North America (Paid Display, Video, Audio, Social).
  • Translate global media approach for the North American market, building regional partnerships.
  • Partner with Paid Search team to define local strategy, shaping messaging and landing page experience.
  • Align marketing with sales as a strategic partner to the Director of Field Marketing for NAM.
  • Take ownership of LinkedIn Ads strategy while piloting new channels like Programmatic Display, Reddit, and Audio.
  • Collaborate with global Paid Media, Brand, and Creative teams.
  • Lead data-driven optimization and monitor campaign performance for brand lift and consideration metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with minimum 2 years direct experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven understanding of the North American media landscape, including publishers, DSPs, and data providers.
  • Intimate understanding of US firmographics and cultural expectations for messaging.
  • Experience designing and executing full-funnel B2B strategies that connect brand awareness to pipeline growth.
  • Clear competence in attribution, lead quality, and incrementality frameworks in B2B buying cycles.
  • Direct experience of Paid Search strategy and execution (Google, Bing).
