What you will do

  • Develop and implement demand generation and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle.
  • Utilize audience segmentation and targeting for personalized campaign messaging.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, direct mail, on-site).
  • Continuously optimize conversion rates for emails, ads, and landing pages.
  • Analyze marketing data, conduct A/B testing, and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, and Brand teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably at a tech company.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Looker, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and marketing automation (Marketo preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and strong project management abilities.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada markets
