Senior Demand Generation Manager (B2B): Building and optimizing hirify.global's B2B demand generation function from the ground up with an accent on pipeline delivery, marketing technology infrastructure, and ABM strategies. Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA, with an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Salary: $165,000 – $215,000

What you will do

  • Own and deliver B2B pipeline generation, managing multi-million dollar budgets and presenting results.
  • Build demand generation infrastructure from scratch, including selecting and optimizing the marketing technology stack.
  • Stand up and scale all demand generation channels, such as paid search, paid social, and ABM.
  • Develop and launch account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Drive content and creative strategy, ensuring the right assets across the buyer journey and establishing a rigorous testing culture.
  • Leverage hirify.global's product-led growth to convert individual users into qualified B2B opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2C & B2B demand generation and performance marketing experience, with 5+ years in B2B SaaS focused on enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record building demand generation from zero-to-one as a foundational hire, managing multi-million dollar budgets with demonstrated ROI.
  • Deep expertise in ABM strategies (account selection, multi-channel orchestration) and hands-on experience with marketing technology (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Extensive experience establishing lead management frameworks with lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and an obsessive focus on testing, connecting data from disparate sources and interpreting results quickly.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and provide creative direction for demand generation assets.

Nice to have

  • Track record converting PLG users into enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft) or intent data platforms.
  • Experience with event marketing or high-growth tech companies.
