Salary: $165,000 – $215,000

What you will do
- Own and deliver B2B pipeline generation, managing multi-million dollar budgets and presenting results.
- Build demand generation infrastructure from scratch, including selecting and optimizing the marketing technology stack.
- Stand up and scale all demand generation channels, such as paid search, paid social, and ABM.
- Develop and launch account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive content and creative strategy, ensuring the right assets across the buyer journey and establishing a rigorous testing culture.
- Leverage 's product-led growth to convert individual users into qualified B2B opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2C & B2B demand generation and performance marketing experience, with 5+ years in B2B SaaS focused on enterprise customers.
- Proven track record building demand generation from zero-to-one as a foundational hire, managing multi-million dollar budgets with demonstrated ROI.
- Deep expertise in ABM strategies (account selection, multi-channel orchestration) and hands-on experience with marketing technology (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase).
- Extensive experience establishing lead management frameworks with lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical capabilities and an obsessive focus on testing, connecting data from disparate sources and interpreting results quickly.
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and provide creative direction for demand generation assets.

- Track record converting PLG users into enterprise opportunities.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft) or intent data platforms.
- Experience with event marketing or high-growth tech companies.
