What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end campaign operations for integrated marketing programs across digital, email, nurture, web, and events.
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-channel campaign launches, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Govern technical execution across the MarTech stack (MAP, CRM, data flows) for precise audience segmentation and attribution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of two campaign operations professionals, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to bring AI and automation into campaign workflows to improve speed, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Partner with agency resources and internal teams to accelerate delivery and build scalable campaign infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, or Demand Generation within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology.
  • Hands-on expertise with a leading Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce, understanding campaign architecture and lead flow.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A builder mindset with a track record of improving or redesigning campaign workflows.
  • Strong partnership skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external agencies.
  • Passion for innovation, automation, and using technology to unlock efficiency and scale.
