What you will do

• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess recruiting needs and understand job requirements.
• Build pipelines of qualified candidates using creative sourcing strategies and execute on referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze, track, and communicate key hiring metrics.
• Source and evaluate candidates, delivering a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track candidates through Greenhouse ATS and leverage reporting capabilities to refine pipeline development.
• Participate in in-person company events, trainings, and team-building exercises.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully hiring Product Managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with different types of stakeholders.
• Efficiency and data-driven mindset with the ability to triage pipeline data to uncover trends and pivot sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills: written, oral, in-person, and on the phone.
• Strong time management skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
