What you will do

• Proactively source and engage candidates for PBG roles across the AMER region, focusing on top-of-funnel pipelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using diverse traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on role requirements and pipeline health.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and conduct initial assessments.
• Act as an ambassador for hirify.global, providing an inclusive and transparent candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and recommendations on talent availability and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth or technology-focused environment.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for technical, product, or engineering-adjacent roles.
• Strong understanding of passive candidate engagement and long-cycle sourcing strategies.
• Natural curiosity to learn new domains and translate knowledge into effective talent assessments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise.
• Excellent prioritization and self-management skills to operate independently.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies.
