What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruiting needs.
• Manage the full life-cycle of recruiting, from pre-screening to onboarding.
• Develop candidate pipelines in niche areas using creative sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various platforms and events (social media, networking, college campuses) to identify top talent.
• Create offer letters, negotiate salaries, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and manage associated documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Word, Sheets, Calendar).
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with phone interactions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting.
