What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain compensation tooling and dashboards to deliver insights.
  • Support cyclical and ongoing compensation programs and review cycles.
  • Conduct market research and analysis for compensation, including participating in market surveys.
  • Build and maintain financial models and run scenario analysis to support program development.
  • Participate in compensation and people-related projects to refine processes.
  • Participate in in-person events and build relationships with team members.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience working with People programs (compensation, benefits, analytics, talent acquisition, or talent management).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and navigate complex processes.
  • Comfort working with Workday and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills (lookups, pivots, queries).
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive personal or confidential information.
