What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain compensation tooling and dashboards to deliver insights.
- Support cyclical and ongoing compensation programs and review cycles.
- Conduct market research and analysis for compensation, including participating in market surveys.
- Build and maintain financial models and run scenario analysis to support program development.
- Participate in compensation and people-related projects to refine processes.
- Participate in in-person events and build relationships with team members.
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience working with People programs (compensation, benefits, analytics, talent acquisition, or talent management).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and navigate complex processes.
- Comfort working with Workday and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).
- Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills (lookups, pivots, queries).
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive personal or confidential information.
