TL;DR

Demand Generation Manager (SaaS): Leading the strategy and execution of demand generation channels in the EMEA region, owning and scaling LinkedIn Ads, and piloting emerging channels. Focus on best-in-class execution, intelligent experimentation, and tight operational alignment with sales and field marketing teams.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Perk's hubs.

What you will do

  • Lead the strategy and execution for paid digital marketing across the EMEA region.
  • Scale LinkedIn Ads while maintaining high lead quality and efficient pipeline impact.
  • Pilot and scale emerging channels including Reddit, Programmatic Display, and Audio.
  • Adapt global media strategies for regional nuances, building relationships with EMEA publishers and data providers.
  • Partner closely with the EMEA Field Marketing Director to align digital coverage with local field events and sales pipeline goals.
  • Analyze the impact of campaigns using incrementality frameworks, attribution modeling, and lead to opportunity conversion data.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Paid Digital with at least 2+ years specifically in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands on experience managing global, high spend LinkedIn Ads accounts.
  • Familiarity with the modern B2B stack: Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Looker among others.
  • Clear competence in B2B measurement: attribution, lead quality, and incrementality frameworks in B2B buying cycles.
  • Comfortable shifting between high-level planning and day-to-day delivery.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to partner effectively across regional sales, field marketing, and global marketing teams.
