What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution for paid digital marketing across the EMEA region.
- Scale LinkedIn Ads while maintaining high lead quality and efficient pipeline impact.
- Pilot and scale emerging channels including Reddit, Programmatic Display, and Audio.
- Adapt global media strategies for regional nuances, building relationships with EMEA publishers and data providers.
- Partner closely with the EMEA Field Marketing Director to align digital coverage with local field events and sales pipeline goals.
- Analyze the impact of campaigns using incrementality frameworks, attribution modeling, and lead to opportunity conversion data.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Paid Digital with at least 2+ years specifically in B2B SaaS.
- Hands on experience managing global, high spend LinkedIn Ads accounts.
- Familiarity with the modern B2B stack: Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Looker among others.
- Clear competence in B2B measurement: attribution, lead quality, and incrementality frameworks in B2B buying cycles.
- Comfortable shifting between high-level planning and day-to-day delivery.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to partner effectively across regional sales, field marketing, and global marketing teams.
