What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, ABM, events) to drive pipeline growth.
- Manage day-to-day campaign activities across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Align campaign strategies with sales and marketing objectives to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and optimise the martech stack, including HubSpot and Zapier, for efficient lead processes.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility into campaign ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Proactively apply AI to improve campaign performance, speed, or productivity.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ proven experience in a B2B Enterprise Software or SaaS technology environment.
- Strong track record of hands-on campaign execution and demand generation.
- Deep familiarity with HubSpot, paid media platforms, lead generation technology, and automation tools.
- A positive, practical, and proactive attitude toward AI adoption and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Nice to have
- Marketing experience in Telecom, E-commerce, Financial Services, or developing markets (Africa, LATAM).
