TL;DR

Growth Marketing Manager (AI/SaaS): Delivering and optimizing multi-channel campaigns and demand generation activity with an accent on martech operations, pipeline growth, and data-driven insights. Focus on applying AI proactively to improve campaign performance, integrating sales and marketing objectives, and analysing ROI.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days per week in office, rest remote)

What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, ABM, events) to drive pipeline growth.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activities across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Align campaign strategies with sales and marketing objectives to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and optimise the martech stack, including HubSpot and Zapier, for efficient lead processes.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility into campaign ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Proactively apply AI to improve campaign performance, speed, or productivity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ proven experience in a B2B Enterprise Software or SaaS technology environment.
  • Strong track record of hands-on campaign execution and demand generation.
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot, paid media platforms, lead generation technology, and automation tools.
  • A positive, practical, and proactive attitude toward AI adoption and implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Nice to have

  • Marketing experience in Telecom, E-commerce, Financial Services, or developing markets (Africa, LATAM).
