What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated marketing liaison to the SMB Sales leadership, translating regional priorities into marketing strategies and execution plans.
- Own and continually refine the US SMB marketing strategy, ensuring it effectively reaches target audiences and aligns with commercial objectives.
- Drive and execute measurable demand and field marketing programs across all SMB Industry Segments to create MQL and sales opportunity pipelines.
- Oversee and optimize targeted sales enablement and nurturing programs, including post-event follow-up campaigns and automated nurture tracks.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Solutions teams to develop compelling local case studies and testimonials.
- Establish clear Marketing KPIs, rigorously track and analyze performance data, and report results to senior stakeholders for continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a high-growth environment, with a proven track record in field marketing or demand generation.
- Deep understanding of the SMB segment and relevant experience within the Start-up, SaaS, HR-tech, or Fintech space.
- Expertise in modern marketing tactics and the ability to leverage them for sustainable lead generation streams.
- Strong financial acumen, including structured planning, budget management, and an ROI-driven mindset.
- Exceptional proactive, self-starter approach and a relentless focus on high delivery and practical execution.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar software, and experience with Growth Marketing methodologies.
- Native proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
