What you will do
- Own the full employee lifecycle for a global workforce across 26 countries, including contract preparation, leave management, promotions, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with local labour law in all jurisdictions, with a focus on the USA, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain.
- Oversee monthly payroll execution in collaboration with Finance and external providers.
- Lead and deliver global HR projects such as career development frameworks, training programs, and annual performance/salary reviews.
- Manage and continuously improve the HRIS functionalities and automate people processes through technology.
- Own internal communications and lead employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with managing employees and labor law in multiple jurisdictions, especially the USA, Switzerland, Austria, and Spain.
- Prior experience in people operations, covering contract preparation, compensation, leave management, payroll, and compliance.
- Experience processing payroll or working with external payroll providers in multiple jurisdictions, especially the USA and Spain.
- Experience managing and continuously improving HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday).
- Experience in one of the following areas: Rewards, Learning & Development, or Culture & Employer Branding.
