What you will do

• Design and run multi-channel campaigns (PR, digital, SMM, web, events, testimonials, co-marketing) to support sales and customer acquisition in Nordics & Benelux.
• Collaborate with regional sales and partner teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, content, and tools.
• Lead ABM marketing campaigns for regional Account Managers.
• Plan and execute events including industry conferences, meetups, workshops, hackathons, and webinars.
• Engage with AI user communities, developer groups, and industry influencers to build thought leadership.
• Track and report on field marketing funnel, focusing on lead quality and revenue contribution.
• Collect market insights to align product positioning and track local competition.
• Localise global messaging and product narratives for local audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B field or regional marketing, ideally in the tech sector.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem and user personas (Founders, CTOs, ML engineers, data scientists).
• Demonstrated success organizing field programs combining digital, in-person, and partner-led elements.
• Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing cloud services, SaaS, or AI products.
• Understanding of topics like model training, inference optimization, AI workload orchestration, and open-source ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, GPU compute, and the competitive landscape of AI cloud services.
