What you will do
- Own and execute ABM strategy, including account research, stakeholder mapping, and personalized outreach.
- Manage all paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing budget and ROI.
- Design and implement multi-channel campaign orchestration, integrating paid ads with ABM.
- Manage and refine AI agents for lead qualification and pipeline acceleration.
- Drive review site optimization and activate intent data signals.
- Provide sales support, including lead routing, qualification, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in B2B SaaS marketing with demonstrable ABM and paid advertising experience.
- Proven ABM expertise managing programmes across multiple tiers (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many).
- Hands-on paid media experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform).
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Portugal.
Nice to have
- Experience in travel technology, SaaS, or B2B enterprise software.
- Background in sales development or SDR management.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
- Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments.
- Understanding of AI agents and automation in sales/marketing.
