ABM & Demand Generation Manager (AI): Orchestrating an account-based marketing program and driving demand generation through paid advertising with an accent on strategic ABM execution across all tiers (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many) and hands-on paid media management. Focus on optimising budget allocation, executing integrated campaigns, and leveraging AI agents for pipeline acceleration.

Location: Must be based in Portugal and comfortable working remotely in a distributed team.

What you will do

  • Own and execute ABM strategy, including account research, stakeholder mapping, and personalized outreach.
  • Manage all paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing budget and ROI.
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaign orchestration, integrating paid ads with ABM.
  • Manage and refine AI agents for lead qualification and pipeline acceleration.
  • Drive review site optimization and activate intent data signals.
  • Provide sales support, including lead routing, qualification, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in B2B SaaS marketing with demonstrable ABM and paid advertising experience.
  • Proven ABM expertise managing programmes across multiple tiers (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many).
  • Hands-on paid media experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform).
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel technology, SaaS, or B2B enterprise software.
  • Background in sales development or SDR management.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
  • Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Understanding of AI agents and automation in sales/marketing.
