Senior Partner Sales Manager: Driving and nurturing a diverse ecosystem of System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and specialized technology partners for the hirify.global Data Cloud with an accent on strengthening the hirify.global network and building a collaborative partner community. Focus on driving joint customer growth, delivering integrated Go-To-Market programs, and establishing critical executive relationships across the partner network.

Location: This opportunity is focused exclusively on the market in the United States, with specific office locations in Boston, Chicago, or New York. Travel required: estimated at 25%.

Salary: $165,200–$216,825

What you will do

  • Work with diverse partners to build comprehensive joint business plans and integrated Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Inspire partners to grow their hirify.global practices, scale technical capabilities, and define certification growth plans.
  • Apply proven Partner Management skills to manage the entire alliance development lifecycle and build 360-degree relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, sales engineering, and marketing to ensure a seamless ecosystem experience.
  • Assist the ecosystem in navigating hirify.global’s partner program and sales process, including deal registration and sales alignment.
  • Monitor performance metrics across the partner network to ensure healthy ecosystem growth and deliver on regional criteria.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development in the technology market.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with direct accountability for revenue targets.
  • Track record of success and established relationships with SI partners and Cloud Partners (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Ability to manage complex regional business plans and track ecosystem progress.
  • Strong executive presence, polish, and excellent communication skills.
