Sr. Partner Development Manager: Driving and nurturing relationships with System Integrator (SI) partners to strengthen collaboration and drive growth within the hirify.global Data Cloud ecosystem with an accent on strategic Go-to-Market programs, practice development, and executive relationships. Focus on achieving sales quotas, coordinating co-marketing initiatives, and ensuring partner success and competency growth.

Location: Based in the United States (Denver, Chicago, Bellevue, Atlanta, or Boston) with 25-50% travel required.

Compensation: $165,200 – $216,825

What you will do

  • Work closely with longtail partners on joint GTM strategies and define industry solutions.
  • Inspire partners to grow their practices with hirify.global and cultivate relationships with executives.
  • Manage the alliance development lifecycle and achieve partnership goals, including sales quota.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate co-marketing activities and assist partners with deal support.
  • Monitor partner performance and manage multiple priorities at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology.
  • 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management with revenue accountability.
  • Track record of success and established relationships with hirify.global’s System Integrators.
  • Ability to manage global and regional business plans and articulate partner progress.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred.
