Crm, Associate Manager (Igaming): Supporting the CRM team in growing, retaining, and engaging the customer base across all hirify.global of America brands with an accent on building and optimizing cutting edge CRM campaigns and sign-up experiences. Focus on the delivery of campaign and growth strategies and creating personalized customer journeys.

Location: Hybrid work model. Working in-office is an essential function of this position in USA.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00

What you will do

  • Support the CRM Manager with the execution of strategies to grow audiences across key brands.
  • Set up email campaigns and customer journeys in the CRM tool to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in USA, UK, and Japan to plan and execute CRM campaigns.
  • Use data to define, build, and maintain segments for campaigns.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns against KPIs.
  • Advocate for CRM by helping Brand Teams understand the commercial benefit of increasing relevancy of communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and measuring the performance of CRM campaigns within a B2C industry.
  • A strong understanding of entertainment and/or video game industry and player needs.
  • A passion for data-driven marketing with experience in segmentation of audiences and personalization of communications.
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Customer.io, and Mailgun.
  • Understanding of GDPR essential.
