Salary: 140,000 - 180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for development initiatives involving hirify.global’s support for AVD Hybrid on Nutanix AHV, VMware ESXi, and related platforms.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of C# applications, tooling, and automation solutions.
• Architect scalable AVD Hybrid deployments, including host pool design, image workflows, and performance optimization.
• Oversee and advance Nutanix AHV and VMware ESXi platform usage through Prism and vCenter APIs.
• Lead the successful development of hirify.global’s unified multi-cloud/hypervisor orchestration engine.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, documentation, and architectural patterns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with advanced proficiency in C#.
• Proven leadership experience in technical design, architecture, or lead developer roles.
• Deep expertise of Nutanix Prism v4 API and Nutanix AHV operations.
• Strong expertise with VMware vCenter API and VMware ESXi operations.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud or multi-hypervisor orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and enterprise Windows ecosystems.
