What you will do

• Manage a product team of 3-5 backend and frontend engineers.
• Actively participate in product development (approx. 70% of time).
• Lead hiring and onboarding processes for new engineers.
• Manage team dynamics and provide continuous, constructive feedback.
• Guide and coach team members for continuous growth and career development.

Requirements

• Experience managing an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Extensive experience with Backend (Elixir/Phoenix).
• Solid communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and development principles and best practices.
• Ability to inspire others and instill confidence.
