What you will do
- Lead technical conversations with clients, translating business objectives into technical strategies.
- Identify risks and opportunities across architecture, delivery, cost, and operations.
- Maintain a holistic view of the account, ensuring technical consistency across initiatives.
- Align Architecture, Delivery, Cloud, DevOps, FinOps, and Security teams around a single technical direction.
- Drive continuous improvement in architecture, delivery efficiency, and technical maturity.
- Identify modernization, optimization, or transformation opportunities (cloud, integration, automation, AI, etc.).
Requirements
- Strong experience in software architecture, cloud platforms, or integration ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading technical conversations with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, business-oriented language.
- Strong facilitation skills: aligns people, decisions, and priorities.
- Comfortable pushing back constructively when needed.
- Experience working closely with delivery teams and understanding real execution constraints.
Nice to have
- Experience in multi-vendor or complex enterprise environments.
- Exposure to integration platforms, enterprise systems, or large-scale transformations.
- Background in consulting or client-facing technical leadership roles.
