What you will do

• Lead the design, delivery, and operation of cloud environments, service infrastructure, build/deploy, and ecosystem services.
• Hire, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of hirify.globalers.
• Drive technical excellence and ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.
• Organize and lead agile software development processes, managing projects from inception to delivery.
• Define and maintain a technical roadmap, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software, infrastructure, or DevOps hirify.globaler.
• At least 3 years leading and managing software development or infrastructure teams.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or Pulumi).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Knowledge of observability (logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Cloud Networking, and Cost Optimization.
