Salary: $154,000–$243,600 CAD

What you will do

• Drive technical vision and execution for the hirify.global Agent Builder platform, focusing on agentic workflows and context-driven intelligence.
• Lead and manage a dedicated team of engineers, including frequent 1-on-1s, quarterly reviews, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Tech, Team, and Product leads on the product roadmap to ensure alignment and communication.
• Navigate customer experiences by working with support teams to address user needs.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team at scale with flexible people management and servant leadership.
• Experience with remote management, understanding how to optimize for distributed environments.
• Prior experience as an individual contributor in an engineering role, having shipped quality code.
• Measured and articulate written and spoken communication skills to craft concise correspondence.
• A curiosity for learning new tools, workflows, and philosophies to foster growth.

• Experience in building and shipping AI-based products that operate reliably at enterprise scale.
