What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 6-8 backend and full-stack engineers.
• Partner with Product to shape scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Guide technical decision-making and architectural direction for the team.
• Create a healthy, predictable delivery environment for software.
• Hire, onboard, and grow engineers over time.

Requirements

• Experience leading software engineers in a product company.
• Strong background in backend or systems engineering.
• Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership.
• Clear, pragmatic communication style.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-intensive or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with modern backend stacks (Node.js, Go, databases).
• Experience working closely with Product Managers.
