Salary: $145,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Craft end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile for managing cards.
• Transform data, customer feedback, and market research into design solutions tailored to the US market.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to define problem statements and design strategies.
• Collaborate with developers, researchers, and other stakeholders (Sales Engineering, Implementation, Account Managers).
• Advocate for best-in-class usability and accessibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing tech company.
• Experience with Expense Management, FinTech, or SaaS products in North America is a strong plus.
• Ability to design simple and scalable solutions and influence design craft.
• Comfortable designing within (and contributing to) a design system.
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate design decisions and execute projects from concept to launch.
