What you will do

• Partner with PMs and engineers to define user problems, simplify data-heavy experiences, and design solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Create user flows, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for features across core products.
• Lead UX explorations for complex problems, structuring intuitive workflows for car ownership and management.
• Leverage research, analytics, and experimentation to inform and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with designers to evolve the design system and raise craft standards across mobile and web.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to enhance clarity, personalization, and automation in user experiences.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking, data-informed decisions, and clean intuitive interface design.
• 5+ years experience designing consumer-facing mobile or web products.
• Proven ability to translate complex data and requirements into simple elegant workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating with PMs and engineers to define scope, prioritize, and iterate quickly.
• Skilled in Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
• Understanding of design systems for consistency and scale.
• Excellent communication to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical partners.
