Compensation: $139,018-$171,820 based on state of residence

What you will do
- Own end-to-end design for product features and workflows from discovery to shipped outcomes.
- Design experiences handling edge cases, regulatory nuance, and real-world processes for multiple personas.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to clarify problems, define scope, and ship high-quality work quickly.
- Conduct pragmatic research including interviews, workflow mapping, and prototype tests to iterate designs.
- Contribute to design patterns and systems for quality, consistency, and speed across the product.
- Communicate rationale, tradeoffs, and decisions to align the EPD team.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of product design experience shipping meaningful product work
- Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy products (bonus: fintech/healthcare/HR/payments/insurance/benefits/admin tools)
- Strong interaction and systems thinking for flows with nuance, permissions, states, and exceptions
- Comfort with ambiguity, quick iteration, and collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Excellent craft in UI, content, and interaction patterns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in operationally complex domains like fintech, healthcare, HR, payments, insurance, or benefits
