Salary: $89,500 - $105,000 base salary, with total on-target earnings (base + commission) of $114,500 - $130,000.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the overall outbound email strategy to generate qualified leads and drive sales pipeline growth.
- Own the end-to-end list building process, identifying and sourcing high-potential target contacts.
- Design, write, and deploy engaging email sequences and new creatives, managing the effectiveness and testing.
- Track, analyze, and report on key email performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure all outbound email activities adhere strictly to anti-spam laws and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct past experience in an Outbound Email Strategy, Cold Email, or B2B Lead Generation role.
- A genuine enthusiasm for creativity and a proven ability to craft persuasive, personalized email copy.
- Proficiency with email sending platforms (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, BlueBirds, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo
