TL;DR

Marketing Specialist (Growth Marketing): Developing, executing, and measuring lead-generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for mid- to large-sized U.S. sales teams with an accent on campaign strategy, ROI maximization, and identifying new email marketing strategies. Focus on collaborating with Product Management and Sales to develop market plans, forecast revenue, and champion new opportunities.

Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring 8 days/month onsite in Kennesaw, GA, USA. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office for in-person interviews as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: $57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USD

What you will do

  • Develop a strategy and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and revenue.
  • Define and execute campaign strategies for the segment’s product portfolio, including email, paid advertising, media, sales materials, and trade shows, maximizing ROI.
  • Identify new email marketing strategies to incorporate effective offers, copy, platforms, and creative.
  • Work closely with Product Management to establish segment marketing plans, revenue forecasting, campaign priorities, and relevant pricing strategies.
  • Proactively identify and champion new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to develop relationships with key associations, core affiliates, and other third parties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, related field, OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of business experience.
  • Competence with marketing to professionals in a B2B environment, with specific exposure to tax, accounting, or legal being an asset.
  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be based in the USA.
