What you will do
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo, including setup, QA, deployment, and reporting.
- Build and optimise automated nurture journeys to accelerate conversion to SQLs and pipeline.
- Manage lead flow and data integrity between Marketo, Salesforce, and other martech tools.
- Set up and manage webinar programmes, including integrations, automation, and post-event follow-ups.
- Implement and optimise A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalisation.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing operations or campaign management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including campaign builds, automation logic, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign objects, data flows, and lead management.
- Experience managing webinar or event automation (e.g., Zoom, ON24).
- Track record of building and refining nurture and lead scoring frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data to inform decisions.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io for lifecycle or customer engagement campaigns.
- Familiarity with data enrichment, attribution, or analytics tools (e.g., Bizible, Looker).
- Understanding of SaaS funnel metrics, from MQL to ARR.
