What you will do

  • Provide operational support to New Business Sales, Inside Sales, and Renewals teams.
  • Assist in the management of Salesforce to improve usability and data accuracy.
  • Ensure complete and up-to-date data across the customer base.
  • Proactively identify process bottlenecks and assist in developing solutions.
  • Help implement contract workflows and compliance checks.
  • Work with the Business Analyst manager to help surface actionable insights and performance trends.

Requirements

  • CRM proficiency, with specific expertise in Salesforce being highly beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret basic sales data to identify risks or growth opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data accuracy.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • A desire to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and a willingness to explore AI-driven solutions.
