Location: Remote from Sweden, with a focus on the Nordic region.

What you will do
- Identify and evaluate large potential IT service providers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closing.
- Develop campaigns and leads in the Nordic region with marketing teams.
- Establish relationships and negotiate contracts with key decision-makers.
- Monitor service provider performance and address any issues.
- Maintain a high level of technical competence on products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in senior IT sales with recruitment focus.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
- Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing sales skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and prioritize tasks.
- Customer-centric approach and strong soft skills.
