TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Fintech): Qualifying leads for Perk's growth markets by running outreach campaigns and engaging potential customers with an accent on understanding customer needs and explaining the Perk value proposition. Focus on maintaining accurate prospect information in Salesforce and working closely with the marketing team to improve the lead qualification process.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation assistance is available. You must have legal authorization to work in Spain.

What you will do

  • Acquire expert knowledge of Perk to effectively communicate its value.
  • Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches to engage potential customers.
  • Qualify leads during phone calls, ensuring they meet client requirements and scheduling further consultations.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with Office, Finance, Operations, or Travel Managers to explain Perk's value.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance awareness of Perk and improve lead qualification.

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator and presenter, fluent in English and Hebrew.
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
  • Goal-oriented with strong character and perseverance.
  • Proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and time-zone flexibility.
