What you will do
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle for internal AI products from discovery to launch.
- Maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization for the backlog.
- Participate in user interviews, synthesize insights, and translate into problem statements.
- Assist with UAT, documentation, training, and rollout plans to drive adoption.
- Define success metrics, instrument telemetry, and report on feature usage and impact.
- Work with IT partners and business stakeholders to clarify needs and unblock work.
- Contribute to internal share-outs, demos, and office hours to build awareness of AI tools.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or adjacent IT/data/software roles.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and workflows (LLMs, agents, copilots, prompt design).
- Strong fundamentals in product management craft, including writing PRDs and defining acceptance criteria.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills to translate technical details into user value.
- Comfort with data and measurement (experimentation concepts, funnels, dashboards).
- Awareness of responsible AI practices (data privacy, security, model limitations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Exposure to enterprise IT systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Salesforce).
- Hands-on familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI) or agentic frameworks.
- Basic scripting or SQL to explore data, validate assumptions, or support instrumentation.
