What you will do

• Identify and research new school districts and expansion opportunities.
• Execute outbound strategies (calls, email, LinkedIn) to book meetings.
• Support sales and Go-To-Market strategy with market insights.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Growth, RevOps, and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to fast-moving growth projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in a similar role or proven performance in a fast-paced environment (e.g., investment banking, consulting, early-stage startups).
• Competitive drive and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Natural relationship-building skills and curiosity about people.
• Curiosity about education and willingness to learn pedagogy.
• Strong English for daily work with U.S. districts.
• Clear writing, research, and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Edtech, education, or startup experience.
• Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
