What you will do
- Drive pipeline development and align partner strategies with regional business plans.
- Develop and maintain joint business plans and lead regular partner management meetings.
- Serve as a central contact for partner activities, building relationships with strategic partners.
- Track partner contributions to business growth through KPIs and continuously improve impact.
- Manage initiatives to recruit, onboard, and engage new partners into hirify.global’s ecosystem.
- Motivate partners to engage in hirify.global programs, sales, technical certifications, and demand generation.
Requirements
- Experience in a partner-facing sales role with an understanding of channel sales strategies.
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends, partner performance, and business opportunities.
- Expertise in managing customer and partner relationships, including C-level executives.
- Knowledge of enterprise software, particularly Linux Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, Container Management, Edge, AI, and Security solutions.
- Ability to apply enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for complex deals.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari).
