Head of Brand Partnerships (Latam): Growing the department across the LATAM region, driving revenue and forging long-term relationships with top brands and agencies with an accent on securing multi-year sponsorships and creating data-driven sales strategies. Focus on developing relationships with senior decision-makers and crafting compelling pitch materials.

Location: Work from home on Fridays, come to our office in Roma Norte 4 times a week

What you will do

• Close high-value projects and campaigns with leading brands.
• Secure multi-year sponsorships for hirify.global Originals and partner events.
• Identify market trends and positioning hirify.global and Secret Media as a go-to partner.
• Create and execute data-driven sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
• Build a robust pipeline of opportunities that drive year-over-year growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute high-impact branded activations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales, experiential marketing, or media sales.
• A proven track record of closing high-value deals with top-tier brands.
• Strong existing network of brand and agency contacts - particularly in Mexico and Brazil.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing a team of salespeople.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on insights.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple LATAM markets is a preference.
