Head of Brand Partnerships (Latam): Growing the department across the LATAM region, driving revenue, and forging long-term relationships with top brands and agencies. Location: Work from home on Fridays, come to our office in Roma Norte 4 times a week, Mexico City

What you will do

  • Close high-value projects and campaigns with leading brands and secure multi-year sponsorships for hirify.global Originals and partner events.
  • Identify market trends and position hirify.global as a go-to partner.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers at direct clients and agencies across key verticals.
  • Proactively secure and negotiate partnerships that align with hirify.global’s sponsorship, media, and experiential marketing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute high-impact branded activations.
  • Track and report performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales, experiential marketing, or media sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with top-tier brands.
  • Strong existing network of brand and agency contacts, particularly in Mexico and Brazil.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing a team of salespeople.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales reporting dashboards.

Nice to have

  • Experience working across multiple LATAM markets.
