TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Connectivity): Managing and expanding the customer base in Latin America with an accent on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and strategic engagement. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, crafting personalized messaging strategies, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico. This role will directly support hirify.global's expansion efforts across Latin America, with a focus on Mexico and Central America.

What you will do

  • Manage 300–400 accounts with a focus on outbound prospecting across Mexico and Central America.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, aligning prospects with hirify.global solutions.
  • Set high-quality meetings and collaborate with Account Executives.
  • Craft personalized messaging strategies tailored to the LATAM market.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records for activities and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 0–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • A growth mindset and a strong desire to build a career in tech sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
  • High energy, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Curiosity and adaptability when learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation with a bias toward action.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
