What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to map and prioritize target accounts across Israel.
- Execute outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to secure qualified meetings.
- Screen and qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) ensuring BANT criteria are met.
- Conduct qualification calls to uncover customer pain points, technical requirements, and budget.
- Represent hirify.global at key European tech events, booking and following up on meetings.
- Gather market intelligence and share feedback with Product and Marketing teams.
- Monitor outreach metrics and collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize cadences and scripts.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Hebrew is required, both written and verbal.
- 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI, with a proven track record targeting Israeli markets.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and local data-privacy regulations.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross-cultural awareness.
- Collaborative team player comfortable operating in a hybrid office model.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outreach.
