What you will do
- Generate high-quality sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and networking.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in payments, finance, and growth roles across B2B industries.
- Drive engagement with Enterprise and Mid-Market prospects through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, channels, and approaches for improved conversion.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other go-to-market teams to drive pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline progression in the CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
- Native-level English (spoken and written) required.
- Strong hunter mentality with resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Proven ability to generate high-quality sales meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Familiarity with B2B payments, net terms, and credit solutions.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in modern sales tools and CRM systems.
- Role focused on the North American market and requires at least two days per week working US hours.
