Location: Based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel and requires working at least two days per week during US hours.

What you will do

  • Generate high-quality sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in payments, finance, and growth roles across B2B industries.
  • Drive engagement with Enterprise and Mid-Market prospects through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, channels, and approaches for improved conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other go-to-market teams to drive pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline progression in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
  • Native-level English (spoken and written) required.
  • Strong hunter mentality with resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proven ability to generate high-quality sales meetings through outbound prospecting.
  • Familiarity with B2B payments, net terms, and credit solutions.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in modern sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Role focused on the North American market and requires at least two days per week working US hours.
